Please comment! It works now! I promise!

So, apparently comments haven’t been working on the blog since sometime in April. Which is awesome, as I’m sure I’ve lost some readers now. AWESOME.

I wondered why I suddenly had zero people leaving happy little messages from time to time. I figured those folks who were reading just didn’t see anything worth talking about.

It wasn’t until Trevor emailed me today that I even knew there was a problem.

Whoops! Sorry about that!

So if you tried to leave a comment recently, and couldn’t, I’m sorry… I broke the Internet, but I fixed it now, I promise. Leave a note if you have a second, as I would like to know if this is working now for everyone else…

And check out my Flickr! page. I got a new camera and have been playing around a lot lately. I LOVE photography, but with the cost of film, I haven’t been taking as many photos as I used to take. So, I switched to digital. And WOW am I glad I did. Here’s an example of what I’ve been up to…

46th Street

Also, I’m doing a few days of work on As the World Turns this week (I’m a waiter at Lakeview), and I finished, tonight, the FINAL draft of Ozark Mile. I’ll be sending it to contests and to production companies within the month (July).

    There we go…

Some very nice pics. Yeah, digital is the best. I can’t believe how much $$ I’ve saved in film and how many more pics I’ve taken over the past few years.

Nice to hear on the ATWT work #– even when actors are acting, they’re waiters. I wonder if your character is actually an actor who’s working as a waiter…

Yeah, I’ve tried unsuccessfully to leave a couple of comments. Think it said they were closed. Glad to see their up and running again now!

Digital rocks, but I miss my old 35mm SLR. I couldn’t afford a digital SLR, so bought a compact as a stop-gap. One of these days I’ll have myself some EOS goodness…

@Trevor: I’m not sure how much acting work there is in Pine Valley, but I’m sure he has aspirations.

@Fyse: Until this month I’ve been using a Canon AE-1 Program 35mm SLR from the late 70′s. It’s served me well. I just got an Olympus E-500 Digital SLR. I just couldn’t give up the control. There are some affordable options that come with multiple lenses (I got a two lens kit online at a discount and with a rebate). I saved up for a while, and didn’t make the switch lightly.

I always try to help out where I can. It’s awful not to have comments. I’m thinkin I would fall into a deep depression with out my daily comments….I trying to think of something thoughtful to say….I know…be good..be safe…stay out of trouble… Peace and Long Life.

    Thanks Marsha… :)
